brown[1]This morning heard a couple of Sandhill Cranes coughing like they owned a pack-a-day habit from smoking too many Camel Straights. Oh well, so it goes.

The sky is still smokey, providing plenty of cloud cover. We did well on some Parachute Ants #14 and 16, along with Purple Chubbies #8 and Purple Lightning Bugs #14. No idea what bug is purple in nature, which throws any type of bio-mimicry out the door.
