We offer full hot breakfasts or lighter fare of yogurt and homemade granola. Streamside lunches are prepared for you each day that will energize you for the afternoon fishing. At the end of your fishing day you can look forward to hor d’oeurves on the screened in porch followed by a delicious dinner featuring a wide variety of meat, poultry and seafood.

Each evening wines are handpicked from our wine list to compliment each individual course selection.

Hors d’Oeuvres:

Elk meat balls with savory dip

Shrimp and scallop cakes with asparagus and chive vinaigrette

Montana beef tenderloin with portabella mushroom cap and merlot sauce or Glazed Sea Bass with ginger butter sauce
